Omnovate

Something wrong here?This is who answers, and in what time.

If anything on this hostname misleads you, if Omi said something she should not have, if you want to know what is held about you, or if a control that should have deleted something did not, there is a named person to write to and a time in which they answer. This page is the whole procedure, not a pointer to one.

The company is Omnovate (OPC) Private Limited, a one person company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and it is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in our privacy notice.

One mailbox serves both hostnames and one officer answers from it. A grievance about Omi and a grievance about AstraX reach the same person.

What you may raise

Any user of this hostname may raise a grievance, including in relation to:

Where a payment is made for a plan or the 90-day term, a grievance about billing, cancellation or a refund goes to the address above just the same: it is the same officer, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to it.

How to file one

Write to [email protected], or by post to the address above, stating:

  1. your name and contact details;
  2. the nature of the grievance, clearly described;
  3. the date and, where relevant, the page or URL concerned;
  4. the outcome or remedy you are seeking; and
  5. a declaration that the information given is true to the best of your knowledge.

You do not need to quote a conversation back to us, and you should not feel you have to. If it helps you to, the surface has a control that takes a copy of one.

What happens then

  1. We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. We investigate, and we may ask you for further information. Where we do, the 30 days run from receipt of that information.
  3. We endeavour to dispose of a grievance within 30 days of receipt.
  4. Where it requires longer, we send an interim response stating the reason and the expected date of resolution.
  5. We communicate the outcome and the action taken in writing, to the email address the grievance was made from.

We may close a grievance that is incomplete after a request for information has gone unanswered, or that is frivolous, vexatious or made in bad faith, and we will tell you if we do.

Shorter timelines apply to intermediaries under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which are not presently applicable to us.

Before you write, if you would rather not

Several of the things people write in about are yours to do directly, and they take effect without anybody reading a message first. You can read a conversation back, take a copy of it, and delete it. You can read everything Omi has come to notice about you, in plain words, and remove any line of it or all of them at once. You can change your answer to the question about what Omi may keep, at any time and in either direction. You can delete your account, and that reaches all of the above. If you have no account, there is nothing to delete but the conversation and your two answers, and the control for the conversation is on the conversation screen. Everything held for you goes twenty-four hours after your last message or answer whether or not you use it.

Write to us when a control did not do what it said, or when you want something those controls do not reach. Both are grievances and both are answered on the timeline above.

If you are not satisfied

You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Nothing on this page limits any other remedy available to you under law.

The other site

astraxpro.com grievance page →

AstraX is our first domain. Its grievance page is our lawyer's own document, it carries the same officer, the same address and the same timelines as this one, and it governs birth details, charts, readings, subscriptions and refunds. This page carries the same contact so that a reader who arrived here is not sent looking.

Changes to this page

We may update this page. The revised version is posted on this hostname with a revised date at the top.

Reviewed by the house on 6 October 2026. Counsel's supplemental review of 18 September 2026 confirmed this arrangement; every sentence is the house's own. The officer, the address, the email and the timelines are carried unchanged from our lawyer's own document. The rest is the house's own text, is not counsel's, and is not recorded as counsel's; the sentences that differ from that document are listed for counsel, one by one, in a note available on request.
